Richard W. Bourns – Richard is the father of Jeff Bourns. Richard is a graduate of Clarkson University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Richard is also a graduate from the University of Houston Clear Lake with a Masters Degree in Environmental Management. He spent his entire career at Shell Oil. Richard is now retired. He is the proud father of three, a grandfather, and husband to wife Judy (Jeff’s mother) for 45 years. He enjoys spending his free time outdoors, with family, and volunteering for the Boy Scouts of America.
Kristina Brandner– Kristina was born and raised in Colorado Springs, CO and began playing tennis at 5 years old. She attended the University of Colorado where she played on the Club Tennis Team and graduated with degrees in German and Biology. She still plays competitively on 3-4 league teams a year and works in marketing for Babolat USA. Along with tennis, Kristina is also very passionate about her cultural diversity, being a dual Swiss citizen and speaking both German and Spanish. Things she values most: being a genuine person and family.
Joyce Dreslin – Joyce didn’t play tennis until she was past age 30 but she quickly made up for lost time and became an active Texas Tennis and USTA national volunteer for more than the next 30 years. She got involved with adaptive tennis when her husband had a stroke and she heard that tennis was a good means of rehab for those with disabilities. Jeff Bourns came into her life when he served on the USTA Texas Adaptive Tennis Committee and she was its chair. Continuing to serve on the National USTA Adaptive Committee currently, she has picked up such awards as the USTA Texas Henry Cox Adaptive Award and the USTA National Volunteer Exceptional Service Award along the way. The beat goes on!

Blair Henley

Jordan Jacob – Jordan grew up in Newport Beach, CA and started playing tennis at age 5. He played competitive tennis as a junior in Southern California before going to Arizona State University. Jordan has called Denver, CO home since he moved there in 2004. Jordan has been very involved in the tennis industry for decades teaching tennis, running tennis tournaments, and also playing in tournaments. Jordan has 2 amazing sons and when he’s not playing tennis, he loves to golf, snowboard, travel and to make people laugh.
Damon Wilson – Damon is a great childhood friend of Jeffs. He is a mechanical engineer and graduate from Prairie View A&M University. He works for NASA as a sustained engineer. Damon is a the proud father of two children and is married.
